A Non-refundable deposit of 50% of above fee is due at the execution of this contract.

Attire will be formal black with touches of red unless otherwise specified.
Detailed map and or directions to the place of engagement must be provided two
weeks prior to the engagement.
Purchaser must pay the remaining balance of $__________. , in cash or check,
prior to the performance.
Overtime will be billed at the rate of $100 per half-hour.
It is understood that instruments are susceptible to damage
when exposed to certain climatic variations. Examples include rain, snow and direct
sunlight. It is understood that the performers will be provided shelter from
rain, snow and direct sunlight.
Purchaser agrees to provide musicians with (3) armless chairs in the area(s) they are to perform.
